Blueprint guide
Decide before you build.
A Blueprint is a paid, fixed-scope, standalone assessment. You get a recommendation and, where useful, a plan for a pilot. Continuing is your choice.
What we assess
- 01
Is the problem worth solving?
- 02
What do we know, and what is uncertain?
- 03
What is ready, and what is missing?
- 04
What must change in the work, data, tools, or team?
- 05
What should a pilot test, measure, and stop for?
What you get
Decision brief
The recommendation, alternatives, evidence, assumptions, unknowns, and conditions.
Workflow map
How work runs today, where it slows down, and who owns each step.
Readiness and risk check
What is ready, missing, uncertain, or unacceptable, with evidence and owners where possible.
Pilot plan
A small test with measures, owners, safeguards, dependencies, and a decision point.
When it is complete
We review the agreed evidence, explain the recommendation and its limits, and set out a practical pilot or a clear reason to stop. Acceptance does not require agreement with every conclusion.
Outside its scope
- A free discovery workshop
- A generic maturity score
- A formal legal, regulatory, certification, penetration-test, or financial audit
- A promise of implementation or return on investment
Fictional example: a monthly briefing
